Youth Cup Saga - The Match

Finally what has been on their mind, the match.





So we walk all the way from the MRT station to SBC.









One year ago we came here too, to watch other people play, particularly the Combined School. To think this time Jia Hui they all this year come back as particpants. How fast time has passed.




First match and Yuhua is up against the team which is probably the strongest in the entire competition. So anyway we finally reached the place, nothing has changed. It looks more or less like the previous year i was there.







Then we arrived at the courts.

















Looks pretty much the same. Last year we were on the other side sitting at the seats looking at the Combined School girls team. Such fond memories.


So anyway they soon went to change into their jeresy at the nearby boy's changing room.

I took a picture of them after they changed, except wen jie and wei jian, cos i forgot !! LOL PAISEH PAISEH



So finally the warm up began, everyone form a circle and do those arm stretching .... blah blah blah ... leg stretch .... rotate head .....swing arm ....blah blah ..... pull arm .....blah blah














Then after a while they started to shoot balls, warm warm up up nia

















Then i think got Yuhua seniors come back to see them play. Some guy i dont know bossing them around, assistant coach maybe ?


Due to my lousy camera phone, there is a three second delay when taking picture, so its quite hard to get accurate shots when i want to.



Then i look opposite side, the Combined Schools damn power sia, warming up 90% of their 3 pointers in, impressive impressive.



Eventually, as eventual as death or the morning sun the match began.

Yes eventually Yuhua lost badly. But that doesnt matter, there is no shame in losing. The team on the other court did even worse that us, around 90 something point gap.

Zhi Yong even hurt his leg, when he came back to the bench got one red line comming down his leg. His leg is bleeding, probably fell down just now.



But more importantly hor during the match got this super chio chio bu sitting opposite, then wei Jian sitting next to me i tell him







" eh dont depress la, lets look at chio bu"

"where"

"THERE !!"

He was like trying to not point out the girl whom i was talking about, although he probably know its her which i am talking about.

"Jia Hui's sister ?"

Eventually the match ended, but then real person who slaughter Yuhua is not Combined School

So after that the coach told the team to go back and watch the next match, which we do, then he walk off in the direction of the carpark into the park. Scare me, i thought he come here watch match scold the team then suddently just like that go home, no goodbyes or anything. But then i think too much la, since he came back later.














The next match was pretty boring. On a rather unrelative note the rest of them rather liked to watch matches involving strong teams, i dont like to though. I find matches which dont have people i know playing awefully boring, because i could really care much about who wins or lose, there is no excitment in watching strangers play.

Then kent went and sit with his cousins. Dont think i forgot what you last time said about your cousin, i told you one day i will tell her so even until now i still remember what you said !



So then i also feel worn out liao, just nice everyone is going to leave, good timing i say.
